Hole 14 (Waterhouse)

A long, downhill par four for the men and a par five for the ladies, this hole dog-legs to the right around a large oak tree.

A good drive must not be too straight or it will run through into the trees down the left side - nor must it cut off too much of the corner otherwise the right-hand trees and internal out of bounds will catch you out.
For the second shot, men need to clear the deepish hollow across the front of the green whilst ladies must keep it straight to avoid the out of bounds and set up an approach which avoids the the large bunkers which guard the entrance to the green.
