Dress Code

Golf is a sport and whilst there are expected standards of behaviour and rules we also believe these should be kept to a realistic minimum to ensure enjoyment for all. Our dress code is set out below and we hope that members and visitors alike will respect what this is seeking to achieve and act accordingly.

On the Course

Golf wear sold by any golf professional or golf shop.

Driving Range

There is no specific dress code but it is expected that users will dress appropriately.

Clubhouse

We welcome smart casual wear throughout the clubhouse except on special occasions where the organisers request a specific dress etiquette for a function.

The following are considered unacceptable:

  • Rugby or football attire
  • Distressed or ripped denim
  • Beach flip-flops
  • (For gentlemen) collarless shirts
  • In addition to our published Dress Code Rules it is felt that Cargo type shorts or trousers are not acceptable on the course or within the club house.

We ask that shirts must always be worn "tucked in" when on the golf course or inside the club house.

Outdoor clothing such as waterproofs, overcoats, hats, gloves and golf shoes should be left in the cloakrooms or locker rooms.
