Criteria for Categories

Twilight:

Enjoy unlimited golf from 4pm every day except Saturday.  Tee times must be booked in advance with pro shop or online.  Unlimited use of the range with a range card.  Entry to the Friday kendy competition & 9 hole Thursday competition counting towards handicap.  Access to social events, snooker competitions and bridge in the clubhouse.

Country:   Country membership is open to any member who has been Full-Playing and lives outside a circular area of such distance as shall from time to time be determined by the Committee which is at present 30 miles radius centred on Ringway Golf Club. Country members can play the course up to 6 times per year except on payment of a reduced Green Fee applicable to a Members’ Guest (£20.00). A Country member cannot introduce a visitor without payment of a full Green Fee.Country members are not eligible to vote at any General Meeting. A Country member cannot play in competitions except as visitors on Invitation Days, provided that they are full members of another Club.
Non-Playing Members:

To be eligible for Non-Playing membership, a candidate must either have been a full-Playing members for at least 5 consecutive years or be the spouse of a current member of the Club.

Young Adult:


Young Adults are members aged 19 to 35 yrs. They are entitled to full playing rights.

Non-Competitor:

This category is available to members aged 65 years or more with a minimum of 25 years full-playing membership. Members in this category cannot enter any Club organised competitions. 

Associate:This category is open to anyone who has received golf tuition from a Ringway Golf Professional - either single, group or a series of lessons/courses and be deemed ready to play on the Course without supervision.
SocialThis category is available to anyone over 18 subject to recommendation by 2 sponsors who are full-playing members of the Club with at least 3 years standing and completing a satifactory interview process.  Social membership offers the opportunity to become part of the 'Ringway Family' enjoying Club Social events, use of Snooker Room, Bridge events, Sunday Lunch and a great place to enjoy good food and discounted bar prices with family and friends.
